Classes

-Included with your gym membership we also offer a SilverSneaker, Refit Revolution Dance, and Body Works Exercise class for free, with no additional sign ups required

- We also offer a Blacklight Spin, and Fit-Express (Similar to H.I.I.T but for any skill level) and Zumba at an additional cost but you do not need to be a member of the facility if you would like to attend these classes

-Another thing we offer is a 75" Tv in our private studio that has many class programs on it that you can use at any time for free with a 24 hour gym membership, some programs include but not limited to yoga and pilates!
